Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout where it applies.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. See the refund policy.
Refunds: in full within 14 days of your first monthly payment or of buying an exam cycle, and within 7 days of a renewal charge, as the refund policy sets out.
The AI allowance covers AI features such as the tutor and coach. When most of it is used, the tutor moves to a faster, lower cost model; when all of it is used, AI features pause until your next period starts. Everything else keeps working.
Elio is in a closed beta. The founder reviews every request for access and grants access by invitation. You must be 18 or older to use Elio.
