What changed in Elio, release by release, newest first. The build writes this page from the project's own changelog.
1.2.8 Sign out you can trust, and your whole history on every device
Signing out now finishes syncing your work first, then removes this browser's copy. If anything has not reached the cloud yet, Elio asks you what to do, and pressing Escape always keeps you signed in.
A new device now downloads your complete history. Before this, the first sync on a new browser could stop short of your full record.
If a browser still holds study data from an earlier session, Elio now takes you to the sign-in page instead of stopping at a recovery screen.
On a phone, the countdown on Today no longer pushes the page down while it loads.
1.2.8 Elio moves to app.studywithelio.com
Elio now lives at app.studywithelio.com. Sign in with Google or with a link sent to your email.
The question player gives the question the whole page and keeps the answer controls within reach at the bottom of the screen.
1.2.8 One consistent set of controls
Buttons, toggles and menus across Elio now share one style and one set of states, so the same kind of control looks and behaves the same everywhere.
1.2.8 Add a second email address
You can link a second email address to your account and sign in with either one. Elio sends a confirmation link to the new address before it is added.
1.2.8 Lighter syncing
Syncing now downloads only what changed since your last sync, which cut the data a full sync moves by about a third.
